Local Storage Only:

• Extension configuration (blocked sites, time limits, schedules)
• Activity logs (website visits, timestamps)
• License key (if premium version activated)
• Admin password (hashed, stored locally)

We Do NOT Collect:

• Personal information (names, addresses, phone numbers)
• Browsing history (beyond what you configure)
• Personal data from websites visited
• Location data
• Device information beyond extension ID

3. How We Use Information

All data is used solely for:

• Website blocking functionality
• Time limit enforcement
• Activity logging (as configured by parent)
• License validation (premium version only)

4. Data Storage

Local Storage:

• All configuration and activity data is stored locally on your Chromebook
• Data never leaves your device (except license validation)
• No cloud storage of browsing activity
• No external servers receive your data

License Validation:

• Premium license keys are validated online (one-time check)
• Only license key and extension ID are sent (no personal data)
• Validation happens periodically (once per day)

5. Data Sharing

We do not share your data with anyone. Your activity logs, blocked sites, and configuration remain private and local to your device.

Exceptions:

• License validation (license key only, no personal data)
• If you explicitly export activity logs (you control this)

6. Third-Party Services

Stripe (Payment Processing):

• If you purchase a license, payment is processed by Stripe
• We receive: email address, name (optional), payment confirmation
• Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data
• We do not store credit card information

7. Children's Privacy

This extension is designed for parents to monitor their children's online activity. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. All data collection is controlled by the parent/administrator.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: View all stored data via the admin panel
• Delete: Clear activity logs and reset configuration anytime
• Export: Export activity logs to CSV
• Control: Enable/disable monitoring features

9. Data Security

We implement security measures:

• Password protection (hashed with SHA-256)
• Local storage only (no cloud transmission)
• Secure license validation (HTTPS)
• No external data sharing
