1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing and using Chrome Parental Control extension, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree, do not use the extension.
Ownership: Chrome Parental Control is owned and operated by
Rondanini Publishing™, a trademarked publishing company.
2. License Grant
Free Version (Chrome Web Store):
- Free to use with usage limits (see in-extension description for current caps)
- You can try schedules, mobile admin, blocking, and time limits before subscribing
- Premium removes or raises those limits for families who need full capacity
Premium (paid):
- £19 per year (GBP), billed annually via Stripe as a recurring subscription
- Your license key remains valid for the paid period; it renews each year unless you cancel
- License is non-transferable
- License works on up to 3 devices for your household
- Includes updates while your subscription is active
3. Payment, renewal, and refunds
Payment:
- £19/year (GBP) — charged automatically each billing period until you cancel
- Payment processed securely via Stripe
- License key and receipt are sent by email after successful checkout
- Manage payment method or cancel renewal using the links in Stripe’s emails (customer billing portal)
Refund policy — no refunds on subscription fees:
- Premium subscription payments are non-refundable.
- The free Chrome Web Store version is provided so you can test compatibility and features (including schedules and mobile tools) before you pay.
- If you cancel, you keep Premium access until the end of the period you already paid for; we do not refund partial periods.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate deactivation of the associated license.
4. Usage Restrictions
You agree NOT to:
- Share or resell your license key
- Reverse engineer or modify the extension
- Use the extension for illegal purposes
- Attempt to bypass license validation
- Use on more than 3 devices simultaneously (premium license)

Free Version:
- Documentation and FAQ available
- Community support (if available)
- Limited email support
Premium Version:
- Priority email support
- Feature requests considered
- Bug fixes prioritized
- Response within 48 hours
6. Updates
We reserve the right to update the extension. Updates may include bug fixes, new features,
or security improvements. Active Premium subscribers receive extension updates without extra charge for the software itself (your subscription fee covers the license period).
7. Limitation of Liability
Chrome Parental Control is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:
- Any damages resulting from use of the extension
- Loss of data or configuration
- Inability to access blocked websites
- Extension malfunctions or errors
8. Privacy
Your privacy is important. See our Privacy Policy for details
on how we handle your data.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license if you violate these terms.
No refund will be provided for terminated licenses or for remaining subscription time.
If you cancel your subscription in Stripe, your license remains valid until the end of the current paid period, then reverts to the free tier limits.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of the extension constitutes acceptance of changes.
Significant changes will be communicated via email.
