1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing and using Chrome Parental Control extension, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the extension.

2. License Grant

Free Version:

• Free to use with limited features
• Limited to 5 blocked sites
• Limited to 60 minutes per day
• No schedule restrictions
• No mobile admin access

Premium License:

• One-time payment of £20 grants lifetime license
• License is non-transferable
• License works on up to 3 devices
• Includes all premium features
• Includes free updates

3. Payment and Refunds

Payment:

• One-time payment of £20 (GBP)
• Payment processed securely via Stripe
• License key delivered via email immediately after payment

Refund Policy:

• 14-day money-back guarantee
• Contact support@berta.one for refunds
• Refund will be processed within 7 business days
• License key will be deactivated upon refund

4. Usage Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Share or resell your license key
• Reverse engineer or modify the extension
• Use the extension for illegal purposes
• Attempt to bypass license validation
• Use on more than 3 devices simultaneously (premium license)

5. Support

Free Version:

• Documentation and FAQ available
• Community support (if available)
• Limited email support

Premium Version:

• Priority email support
• Feature requests considered
• Bug fixes prioritized
• Response within 48 hours

6. Updates

We reserve the right to update the extension. Updates may include bug fixes, new features, or security improvements. Premium license holders receive all updates free of charge.

7. Limitation of Liability

Chrome Parental Control is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

• Any damages resulting from use of the extension
• Loss of data or configuration
• Inability to access blocked websites
• Extension malfunctions or errors

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license if you violate these terms. No refund will be provided for terminated licenses.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the extension constitutes acceptance of changes. Significant changes will be communicated via email.
